THERAPEUTIC YOGA for RMTs & other HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
Therapeutic Yoga, Functional Mobility, Qigong-inspired movement & Tensegrity Repair come together in this course to create therapeutic exercise options for the health of the practitioner, as well as their clients. Learn accessible movement practices for all abilities. All practices embody “tensegrity" working from a stable core, to integration of the limbs, focused on holistic movement.
Offer accessible home-care practices that your clients can do in the course of their day: in bed, at their desk, with their kids or partner. Practices taught are simple and effective, and sometimes even fun!

AYUR-YOGA: Optimize Your Yoga Practice by Understanding the Unique Needs of Your Ayurvedic Constitution
FOR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS OF ALL STYLES OF YOGA...
Find out how familiar yoga postures affect your mind-body type. Look at the common physical and psychological tendencies of each Dosha and how these affect our experience of yoga practice, sometimes making it feel more difficult than it needs to.
We’ll learn how to use both mental concepts and physical modifications in order to reduce discomfort (eg. anxiety, irritation, physical fatigue and strain) and increase the benefits of the practice (feeling grounded, calm, clear, strong; increasing ease and effortlessness).
